Bodinangel 0 Posted October 31, 2010 Hello For the last couple of years I have been bending my wiper arms here and there to get them to make contact with the screen.. but on yesterdays rainy evening the drivers side arm finally gave up the ghost and snapped off while driving. After a quick check on the internet it appears replacing it with a Corrado arm is easier said than done. From having a browse on the forum it seams the Lupo ones are a viable replacement. Is this the way to go? As per usual when things go wrong I have an MoT due (well technically it is overdue) so need to get this sorted fairly quickly. Questions: 1. If replacing with the Lupo arms do I need to change motors? Ideally I would like to just attach a replacement arm on without too much mucking around so that I can get it all road legal again. 2. Do I need to replace both? Will just doing 1 make them look stupid? interfere with each other? 3. Will VR6 arms fit my 16v? Any advice would be great.
