Are there any Fuses under bonnet

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Does anyone know if there are fuses under the bonnet of a corrado that could stop the tachometer/ Speedo etc working? If so any idea of where the fuses could be found?

Fuses and some relays are by the driver's right knee. Take the cover off and there will be a list of what each fuse does on the back of the plastic cover. Or check the search as it has been listed quite a few times before.

Thanks, I have checked all the fuses nder the the dash nd they seem fine (As does wiring) so I don't know why the dash instruments are dead. I'll check through the threads and keep fingers crossed.

Not sure if they could stop the cluster from working - BUT there is a few fuses in the fan control module (at least on the VR6).

Looks similar to this:

Dash Instruements are on fuse 21 (15A)

If you've lost this, then the Interior lights, boot light and cigarette lighter will also not be working.

For all the dash insert to go, I'd also look at the brown wire earth from the instruments on pin 3 and following it back to the body earth point. Make sure its secure.

The supply 12 volts is on a red wire to pin 11.

Or the instrument controller on the circuit board has failed.

Thanks.

I have checked every fuse in the fuse box and they are fine. The Interior lights and boot lights are also fine, its just the instruments are all dead which also mean the alternator has stopped working as well.

I have checked the earth wire and the 12 V wire and they also seem fine. Will check the circuit board.
