elwigglero 0 Posted February 20, 2004 my 90 g60 has after cat exhaust and whenever it revs over 3000, it makes a loud sharp rattling noise. jedi-knight83 0 Posted February 23, 2004 mine does this aswell, its the bafflers (spelling, sorry) in one of the silencers. hit them to work out which one and replace the borken one.. if its a normal steel exhaust you could take it to be repaired. the cut it open and weld everything back together. if its stainless steel they cant....although if its S/S it should be under warranty anyways.
