Power steering cooling pipe removal tips

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

Hoping to remove the cross member on jude's car later and wanted to ask about possible problems with the fluid in the power steering system.

I know i have to prop up the engine etc to support it while i remove the cross member etc but what issues can occur when reconnecting the pipe? can you just refill it at the reservoir and keep it topped up or does it need to be bled through or something?

I'd check my bentley but it's at the body shop with the Nugget.

Hope someone can advise.

Thanks! :)
