ray_vr6 1 Posted February 21, 2011 Hi Just wonderering if anyone can tell me if I have "upset" my clifford concept 50 alarm by fitting an upgraded headlight loom. Since I fitted the loom (big difference) I am getting warning messages when I first start the car "attention sensor 1 was active" and "boot trigger was active" I am guessing it may be something with voltage but hoped someone might be able to confirm or point me in another direction. Thanks in advance
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted February 21, 2011 Where is your alarm's bonnet switch located? Any chance you could have pulled the spade connector off by accident when fitting your loom?
ray_vr6 1 Posted February 21, 2011 Hi kev That was my first thought as the bonnet switch is right by the battery/loom set up but all looks ok when I checked it. Maybe I should check again. Thanks
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted February 21, 2011 I would cut the spade off and put a new one on if it looks all crusty anyway. Maybe fiddling around in that area has highlighted a weakness?
