This is the kind of area that alarm fitters dismantle to fit alarms and imobilisers and some of 'em are sods for not putting all the screws back in tightly... :roll: If that's not it, go out and buy yourself some sticky backed black felt, try and work out which bits are rubbing together to make the rattle, and coat one of 'em with the felt.
