race power motor sport quoted me £350 for a 16v head i think...

Grant Motor Sport also have prices on their site.

u dont need to get bigger valves put on the 16v head.....they are almost the optimum size as standard.

You could try a fella in Warrington. Portformance 01925 724278. Ian Birch has used him in the past if you think he needs any endorsing.

Yup, I'd recommend them too... My head was rebuilt/flowed there (both times... ) and my engine block/balancing work was done there as commissioned by John Mitchell (16VG60) 8)

get your throttle bodie flowed while ther doin the head :D

Well, while the head is off, why not go whole hogg and do the inlet and exhaust manifolds as well as the throttle body... ;)

I've had the lot done on mine, but they're sat on my garage floor at the moment so I can't say how much better they'll be yet!
