I thought it was an option when you bought the car? at least on early models...

umm, the heated ones have wires coming out the bottom?

Yes yes, I'm not stupid..I did ask the easiest way though. And to be fair there would only be wires if a loom was attached so perhaps there being a plug there is more accurate :)

No way of checking without removing the seat?

take a hatchet and cut them like a suckling pig... Rip out their foamy innards and see if you can see the heating element.

There is a plug under the seat, about a third of the way back from the front, close to the middle as far as i remember............small mirror and a torch and you'll know in 2 mins :)

OR... more to the point, 10-1 there will be a switch for the seats in the car. I think apart from the wiring loom they're identical to look at...

Easypops, thank you. All I needed to know.

Alex, the seats are new to the car, originally I had a cloth interior, so no switches!!

taking seats out of a corrado takes about 2 seconds, it's just the 10mm grub bolts holding them on the rail!

You probs could have done it in the 2 hours it took you to get an adequate response :D

That doesn't say much for us now does it!

Poor fella, i bet he was dreaming of a little sticker or something saying "yes... this is a heated seat" and for one of us to kindly point him towards it. Instead he gets boost monkey to the face :thumbleft:

A little sticker would have been ideal!!

And yes I know the seats take two seconds to take out, however, putting them back in with only one person is not quite as easy, hence the request for a shortcut. But to be sure im just going to take one out anyway!
