my m8s impreza.... i used to have one before i desided to go thru a hedge backwards at 60 lol

 

flipped into trees at 60mph skidded on ice and lost control. neck and back are killing me nothing broken. cars wrecked... how i walked away from the damaged is a mystery.

 

Maybe it's time to slow down .... or learn how to drive?

Impreza was damaged by an oncoming transit van. not my fault.

 

It was roadworks on a tight bend. Council had no signage out warning what was going on thats what caused the accident, not my fault

Yeah great advice. So not only has he written his car off, we all have to pay for it when our insurance premiums go up due to made up claims.

I wont be paying for anything the council are as im claiming off there negligence.

if they were not there I would not have had the accident. the fact they were and had no signage out.....which would of gave me time to react.... had led to me having a pretty strong case against them or so my solicitors have told me who are working closly with my insurance

how is the council working on a busy road with no signs up warning of roadworks ahead my fault. I wansnt speeding its a 60mph road? The person in front was in a brand new AMG Merc and he had trouble stopping in time so I had no chance.

 

Ill wait till you total your pride n joy, cos personally it couldn't happen to a better person... then I'll stick my view on it in and see how you take it matey, because at the moment you have really p!ssed me off.
