BlueVR6 0 Posted March 4, 2004 Ive had my excellent VR6 for nearly a year now. No real problems apart from a vibration that comes through the chassis (a vibratig feeling coming up through the seat) when i go above 70mph and it gets worst the higher i go :( . I dont think its the wheels neededing balanced cos they where new when i bought it, but could be wrong. The guy before me fitted winter tyres would this cause any problems. One more thing what are the best size of alloys to fit a VR6. Any help would be greatly appriciated so i can find out the top speed out of my c without losing my fillings. :D Cheers
Supercharged 2 Posted March 4, 2004 Get the wheels balanced first as its cheap and get them to look for any other things that could be related, out of shape tyre etc...
daves16v 1 Posted March 4, 2004 I had this exact problem whem I first bought my C. Turned out to be the rear wheels needed balancing. Did front wheels first which didn't cure it.
