Yeah a good day had by all I reckon, glad you enjoyed it.

(looking at your avatar were you the one with the bonnet up adjusting a slack belt?)

Welcome to the club too! :)

Good to see everybody again - feels a bit like the first event of the year.

I was a bit slow with the mugs though - I had a second cup of tea in the same mug (fool). I should have had another 3 cups of tea in different mugs & then I'd have a set of 4 at home now..

Looks like my car's burning oil too :( - I wondered where it was all going..

Phil,

You coming to the AmD rolling road day on the 20th (21st?) ?

I would like to come up to say hi to everyone but don't think I can afford to put it on the rollers - would only find out how underpowered it is anyway

Do they tune your engine while it's on the rollers (it could do with that)? might temp me to mug a granny if they do... 8)

Alas not.. all they do is blast it on the rollers, and assuming it survives, give you the dyno plot on a piece of paper.

Helps you identify if you have any little problems lurking though. Still its a good day out even if you don't run the car and just hang about to chat for a few hours :)

My car is going on.. I wasn't too sure as i'm paranoid about blowing something up, but I do ideally need to find out what power I have for insurance purposes... Brentacre have capped me at 210BHP so I need to see if I am putting out over or under that!

Good to meet all you guys, and as Phil said, the drive back through Bicester looking for a pub was bloody funny!... see you all around soon no doubt (or No-rice for those of you going)

£30 for either 4 wheel alignment, or a run on the rolling road.

PM 'corozin' for more information.
