elliott 10 Posted August 17, 2011 Just got my 15" classics from ebay.de but they look just as ugly as the pictures so can anyone recomend a good wheel company? Phoned a couple local to me but as soon as I asked about polishing or cut finish they didn't want to know. I might end up sticking them in a lathe myself but i'd rather get them powder coated than painted. Cheers
Wullie 1 Posted August 18, 2011 There'a place in Renfrew down near the ferry called Chameleon Coating I think do powder coating. May be worth a call.
dubbed_up_daz 0 Posted August 21, 2011 What is it your wanting done to them exactly?
elliott 10 Posted August 22, 2011 Cheers, i'll give them a bell. They need painted/powder coated black then polished. I'll end up doing them myself i think as no one in scotland seems to do polished alloy wheel refurbishment.

elliott 10 Posted August 23, 2011 Right o, any help would be great... Anyhow, this is what I'm looking at... The paint is coming off with a little heat so I might be able to skip the painting but the lacquer needs removed so I can polish the shiny bits. :D
neobadness 0 Posted August 23, 2011 Coatech in carnoustie get good reviews. They seem to be going like a fare all the time. Worth a phone.
Alex_G60_Fanatic 0 Posted August 23, 2011 I use http://xiomscotland.co.uk/ for powder coating in Forfar. They also do sand blasting and are very cheap. --- - Sent from my iPhone you lemon!
elliott 10 Posted August 23, 2011 Cheers guys, sand blasting I could do but polishing would be a nightmare once blasted. I'll pick away at them if i get the time, the water pump is making a dodgy noise so the wheels can wait.
