ATS classic refurb in scotland?

Recommended Posts

Just got my 15" classics from ebay.de but they look just as ugly as the pictures so can anyone recomend a good wheel company?

Phoned a couple local to me but as soon as I asked about polishing or cut finish they didn't want to know.

I might end up sticking them in a lathe myself but i'd rather get them powder coated than painted.

Cheers

There'a place in Renfrew down near the ferry called Chameleon Coating I think do powder coating. May be worth a call.

Cheers, i'll give them a bell. They need painted/powder coated black then polished. I'll end up doing them myself i think as no one in scotland seems to do polished alloy wheel refurbishment.

Right o, any help would be great...

Anyhow, this is what I'm looking at...

The paint is coming off with a little heat so I might be able to skip the painting but the lacquer needs removed so I can polish the shiny bits. :D

Cheers guys, sand blasting I could do but polishing would be a nightmare once blasted. I'll pick away at them if i get the time, the water pump is making a dodgy noise so the wheels can wait.
