question on stopping the worm

hi folks got a wee case of the worm,would i have to weld in the same part of the car(there is a small hole under the drivers side rear pannel bout 5p size with about an inch of bubbling rnd it running down the seam below the lights,happend by someone poorly fitting lights,any help greatly app been told i hav to cut out that exact part from another car

here u go underneath the lights on the seam this turns into a hole beneath tho u cant see it

its its rusted into a hole it needs cutting away so that its a clean n tidy hole , then weld in fresh metal , can prob fashion a piece from a sheet or if its really tricky then yeah cut a section off a scrap car

yeah thot so think its goin to b a tricky yun.thanx for ur help stevo,all get sum proper pics up of the affected area when the bumpers off c wot people think,its a shame being the only part on the whole car thats rusting(underneath is solid).
