Kevin Bacon 5 Posted March 16, 2004 Has it been confirmed as dead by testing with a voltmeter? You don't erractic revs from a dead lambda on the VR, it just runs a bit rich....as confirmed by disconnecting mine. Replacing it is fair simple but space is tight down there and you need to be careful not to snap the wires by spinning them round on themselves too many times and the metal heatshielding makes that quite tricky. C-mann 0 Posted March 16, 2004 I put my VR6 into a VW Garage and that is what they came back with. Although we all know what garages are like thats why I posted the message.
