budhilton 10 Posted December 23, 2011 You could go on the DVLA direct gov website and do a vehicle check in case its found its way back into England. Its a free check to see when the mot and tax run out I did that the other day looking for my Mk2 Golf 16v a car I should never have sold. It doesn't exist anymore, gutted. Just done a free check on My Car Checker on the iphone. It appears it still exists showing first registered on 8/10/1980 so you may have more luck than I did.
