OllieVR6 0 Posted January 5, 2012 Has anybody ever used one of these? Are they up to scratch as far as quality and fitment is concerned? Is there a better alternative? http://www.corrado-teile.de/shop/product_info.php/info/p1748_Windshield-Trim-Kit---Corrado.html I'm in the process of getting a windscreen leak fixed and will most likely need all the parts in that kit as (if it doesn't break) the windscreen is being reused rather than replaced to keep costs down. Does that kit have everything in it I need? It looks like it does to me. Thanks, Ollie

Wompa 0 Posted January 5, 2012 My local glas shop could get me a set of seals and trim. Check with your local shop to see if they can help you.

I need at the very least the plastic edges for each side and the black seal that goes all the way around. I'm not sure there is anywhere near me that can provide something like that to original spec. Btw - what's the third part in the kit above? I don't recognise it. In the picture it's in a sideways 'V' shape.
MikeVR6 0 Posted January 5, 2012 (edited) Looks like the complete seal kit. ARZ Tuning have good customer service, contact them and double check if unsure. How about the plastic trim at the bottom of the screen and the clips holding it on? Usually it breaks when you remove it because a previous repairer has bonded it on.
