Up for sale is my nugget Corrado G60, I have owned the car since October 2007 and have done a lot of work to it in that time. The car has been reliable and only broken down on me once during my ownership, the lambda probe wiring shorted out and this blows fuse number 18 which also operates the fuel pump; a new lambda probe and no issues since. I regulary use the car for the 500 mile run down south to visit family and friends, its around a 9 hour drive most of it on the motorway and she has never missed a beat on these long runs.

 

My reason for sale is that I cannot justify keeping 2 Corrados and I don't want to keep using this as a daily driver, she has been replaced with an A3 TDi instead.

'ASD' gearbox (mk 3 Golf Tdi) 5th gear fitted, lowers RPM by around 300 revs

Lambda probe replaced in 2009

Regular oil changes with good quality branded oil and genuine VW G60 oil filter (currently on Mobil 1 Motorsport 15W50)

Switch blank AFR gauge (good reminder to check lambda is working well)

All interior trim removed, clips replaced and self adhesive felt re-applied as required (it doesn't rattle or squeak!)

Toad Ai606 Cat 1 alarm fitted with 2 x remote key fobs and certificate of installation

Interior in good condition with no rips or tears in the drivers seat

K&N panel filter

Jetex pollen filter

Replacement heater motor

4 x good continental Premium contact 2s fitted on Sebring alloys with full size spare

 

Bad points

Sunroof does not slide

Ignition key will not engage the starter motor, there is a button on the drivers side lower dash shelf (been like this since I bought it)

1 x fag burn in rear seat lower cushion (small not noticeable)

Alloys in good condition for age but showing their 20 years

 

No ABS so better pedal feel and less to go wrong!

 

So £2250 as she is or ONO
