wiper blades!?!

Lift the wiper arm/blade off the windscreen and its underneath there

Scrap what i said about mine being TT arms (i was convinced i they were TT ones) just checked part number on ETKA and they are Lupo GTI ones

Part number was 6X2 955 410C X2 so i imagine i have two lupo drivers side arms

right i have a passanger and drivers side lupo wiper arms!

 

6X2 955 409C and 6X2 955 410C

 

so do i need to swap mine about or change an arm?

The 6X2 955 410C is on the drivers side

I would say you'd want to change an arm so you have 2 drivers side arms like mine BUT like you said the other option is to cut wiper blades to fit..Up to you though mate

Wouldn't mind removing driver & passenger side arm+blades entirely and replacing with new. Exploring new TT option (aerotype), will consider others brands.

 

Anyone know correct part numbers or suppliers?

I put the lupo gti ones on directly how they came off the lupo, drivers on drivers passenger on passenger side. I'll check the part numbers and post what i've got.

Hey mate right i have on the drivers side Lupo GTI arm part no 6x2955410A and passenger side is 6x2955409A . And as i said mate took me minutes to fit and i used two 19" bosch aero wipers . I got the arms off a breaker on ebay, chanced it ask if he had the arms and he did £40 for the pair. Hope this helps mate.

And if you search lupo gti aero wipers on eBay you can get the right 19" wiper blade pair for £31

 

I bought some from Teesside vw today of ebay
