The original 2001 VW Cup Corrado was indeed a Storm, which was raced by Ken Lark. In 2002 a new Corrado racecar (not a Storm) was built for Lark and the Storm was raced by Lee Wharton, who managed to "accidentally" write the car off at Thruxon on the last lap of the last race.

 

So... alas the Storm is no more.
