VR6Pete 0 Posted February 20, 2013 Hiya, me again. im just about to place an order with VW for all the bolts etc..... just a little confused at the above! :) so, the 4 sub frame bolts, and wishbones are : 2X N102 575 01 2X N102 096 05 2X N102 078 04 2X N904 840 04 Think I have all the other bolts, nuts, clips etc... covered off here: X2 ARB Mount Clip 191411334 pipe clip inner X2 ARB Drop Link Bolts N 0195043 x2 N 0195382 hexagon head bolt c/w shoulder M8X18 / ARB Bolts X1 191422884A rubber mounting Steering rack X1 1H0422875A Steering rack clamp X2 N 90184501 hexagon head bolt c/w shoulder M8X75X33B Steering Rack Bolts x4 N 90226403 shouldered hex. nut, self-locking M8 / for steering rack bolts Hoping this includes everything I need, exlcuding the ARB drop links and rear rubbers which I already have :) Cheers, Pete Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

VR6Pete 0 Posted February 22, 2013 Thats useful to know, but some of your sub-frame bolt part numbers are different from what has previously been mentioned in the threar.... the rear bush bolt you mention "R32" is the bolt the same as the standard corrado one? jscVR6 0 Posted February 22, 2013 I've just double checked on ETKA and the part numbers that differ slightly are just where VW have superceeded them, they're the same bolt. jscVR6 0 Posted February 23, 2013 Right, i've cross referenced your list with my list and ETKA: "x4 N 90226403 shouldered hex. nut, self-locking M8 / for steering rack bolts" - these super-seed to N 90226404 and are also used for the ARB link bolts, so you will need x6 TOTAL of these. "X2 N 90184501 hexagon head bolt c/w shoulder M8X75X33B Steering Rack Bolts" - you will need x4 of these, not 2. You don't have listed the 4 bolts which hold the engine/gearbox mounts into the subframe 4x N 01953310 If you're undoing the top of the engine/gearbox mounts they are N 10241605 x1, N 91127001 x1 (mine were corroded when i changed the mounts) And do you need the bolts and retaining plates for the lower ball joints, as you'll have to swap these over? If you're not touching the hubs/shocks then that should be it. ---------- Post added at 1:39 AM ---------- Previous post was at 1:23 AM ---------- Just noticed I think you may have the wrong part numbers for the steering rack rubber and clamp. Had to make a tracking log so I know where I am and what they are all for lol. Do the part numbers look ok for the sub frame bolts them self? Not 100% sure as couldn't really see them on your list and your quantities were different! Might just be me having a thick moment lol. Cheers for pointing out the rack clamp and rubber, can anyone else confirm the rack type? I wasn't sure myself there were many different types! I really should get my hands on ETKA...
