I own a 1991 Corrado G60 Euro Spec, which is now rebuilding after 3 years of work and collecting the parts... There is a lot of it -things- and takes a lot of time so I could not remember everything what i did, but I'll be on pace complemented. That is also the reason I write the story in a very short way ;) ENJOY :D VW CORRADO G60 91r. ENGINE: PG G60 Supercharged, bored-out from 1.8 to 1.9L, WOSSNER forged pistons, PEC forged conrods, ARP bolts, big valve head custom ported and smoothing, full SCHRICK kit for head, custom cam, new Supercharger G-lader RS2+, 65mm belt pulley, Supercharger RS outlet, SCHRICK oil pan with windage tray, RACIMEX oil cooler kit, HTN cover, SAMCO coolant and boost hoses, 440cc injectors, BOSCH 6 bar fuel pump, custom watercooler and intercooler, all new sensors, "cold" thermostat and fan switch, many parts in chrome. Engine painted in black cranckle wrinkle paint. INTAKE: K&N filter, custom ported inlet mainfold and throttle EXHAUST: Header 4-2-1 with thermo bandage, BASTUCK Group A full exhaust ELECTRICS: Stock ECU, the battery moved to the trunk, MAGNECOR Competition 8mm blue spark plug cable set, most of switches replaced for new one, AEM (AFR, boost, oil pressure) gauges TRANSMISSION: WAVETRAC Limited Slip differential, B&M short-shifter , lightened and ballanced flywheel and VR6 clutch kit SUSPENSION: H&R coilovers, H&R swaybars, PROTHAN Complete Polyurethane Kit BRAKES: ZIMMERMANN brake rotors and pads, GOODRIDGE brake line BODY-KIT: In Europe we are crazy about US Spec parts so..... full OEM US spec - Early Type (bumpers, lights, blende), Removed: sprinklers from the hood, side blinkers, rear wiper. All outside parts NEW from VW, full respray in BMW Azuritblack individual lack WHEELS: temoprary WRD MESH 8 i 9x16 (4x100), 195/40 tyres INTERIOR: The entire soffit (headliner, fiberglass, plastic, sunflowers) in anthracite Alcantara, central tunnel in Carbon :), new seat belts, the original socket for additional clocks, a new shift knob, new bellows, new hand grip, new vents, all new speaker covers, steering wheel MOMO Team 300mm CAR-AUDIO: OEM Gamma, JBL speakers OTHER: removed the windshield washer fluid tank, fuel tank painted in car color, chrome clamps on the tank, My Corrado, season 2009... Unfortunately, after a few treatments which increase boost pressure and my heavy leg almost 20 year old engine could not stand it and s... happened In 2009, after this incident, I decided that the Corrado will be rebuild from scratch and build one of the best Corrado in Europe The car was stripped to bare metal, given a new paint job and will be replaced with new everything possible to get even to bring about a state of perfection, and executing my vision Corrado Season 2010 Here we go Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

DrAkE 0 Posted June 4, 2012 Season 2012 Newly assembled engine A few pics from work We go to a workshop The engine fired, the counter with the state 0 kilometers - so we do the first kilometers on dyno 150km driven on the road and then went to Poznan for further work Garage in Poznan, where the continuous ongoing work on a car ... a new leather for interior, removing old electrical and a reconstruction from scratch, detailing, different types of treatment These are just some things, the rest I'll throw soon. Some part of the work will not be shown until the car will be ready to go, after that there will be some new things in the description and photos. Everything is presented in a short, because it was too much to describe at the moment with work lasting 3 years ...
