Door panel fixings??? Wanted. Please. :)

Im needing a few bits to finish off refitting my interior. Lets start with the basics, im sure a few of you have these bits kicking around:

 

Im looking for the brackets for refitting the door cards, these parts:

 

one of these:

 

one of these:

 

and a pair of these:

 

 

Im also looking for a gear knob, handbrake sleeve and handbrake handle, aswell as the switch blanks on the dash.

 

Anyone?

I removed the middle bracket off mine yesterday as it wouldn't fit under the Audioscape pods... Yours if you need it but sounds like you may be sorted already :)
