Who knew 16Vs could sound this good?

That is sweet! Chap I spoke to reckoned the valvers can be pushed to 15k revs don't know how true that is but that engine sounded wild, I would give up the vr for that

probably has a sequential gearbox on it I would think. That car probably has throttle bodies with very short trumpets and hardly any silencers in the exhaust so is bound to sound a bit lairy.

Mmm, not on hydraulic tappets they won't, but balanced/ blueprinted and with solid lifters and stronger valve springs they'd certainly give a v-tec a run for its money, standard hydraulic heads are good for 7,500 rpm all day long though.
