Roof/ Boot trim that covers hinge

Has anyone got the plastic part of the roof trim that covers the outer boot hinge on the passanger side? Little square plastic part.

Carefully!

 

They have 2 plastic pins attached, they just push on

Got both of them off tonight, not matter how careful I was one pin broke on each.

Best way of removal is to raise the hatch, squirt a little WD40 on the pins and then push the pegs carefully with a biro or pencil that's the same size, less chance of breaking them this way.

Got both of them off tonight, not matter how careful I was one pin broke on each.

 

They will still be usable if you use double sided number plate tapes or similar tapes to hold them down. I broke one of mine before and its still held in securely after 2 years with tape.
