vw_john 10 Posted October 26, 2012 I have owned my G for over a year now, and she's always been a stubborn f*ucker, but im getting fed up, does anyone know of any good VW specialists in the Hertfordshire area? I'm game to travel up to 70 miles. G60 CS 0 Posted October 26, 2012 Hi John unfortunatly G60 specialists are rare beasts now. I have had one for around 5 years now and its always been a pig. There's plenty of info on here and other forums that will help you get it setup right, you will need a few basic tools like a multi meter, a timing light with advance and a way of ready the air/fuel ratio. I have a excellent piece of kit permenantly installed in mine for this its an Innovate LC-1. As for the idling issues take a look at your ISV just take it off and leave it to soak over night in some carb cleaner or petrol which should give it a good clean out.
