Hi, is metering head cover available still? If so does it come with fixing screws?

yep still available, only one fixing screw i am afraid, i will have a look to see if i have another one floating about, dont think i have though.

that's fine. Do you know if this will fit a mk2 golf 16v KR metering head?

Yep i think so, not 100%, the metering head on a mk2 is the same as an early raddo valver being the same engine and i have seen the later metering head covers fitted to early valver raddo's. Hope this helps. Some peeps on here might know mate? cheers kev.
