Did any G60s NOT come with ABS?

I keep seeing some for sale with out ABS listed. Some claim they definitely DO NOT have ABS. Which registrations are these if at all then and year?

AFAIK - ABS was a cost option on the G60 ?

 

Although many of them have it fitted - including mine.

I'm pretty certain that it was an option up to '92 and then became standard fitment on G60s and then on all VR6s... 8)

92 cars are supposed to have abs, but in 1992 the corrado g60 was finishing up, so they seem to habve used what was there, unless you specified abs you didnt get it.

My one doesnt have it, i put up a thread on retro fitting it a few weeks ago

COuld have been sat on a forecourt for a month or so? I think that's the reasoning behind the few P reg VR's out there....

I haven't got abs on mine. The mate who I bought my car from says he prefers the non abs on mine to his vr's with, he said it was a lot sharper. It's always nice to know your not going to go skidding in to anyone when you brake hard though. Not had her lock up on me yet (touch wood 8) )

my friends 90' G60 did not come with ABS, but my 90' G60 did? im pretty sure it was an option from the dealer.

 

thats almost as weird as my two friends named steve who both have 90' G60's.

Mines a '91.No ABS fitted to it.
