Portent 0 Posted February 2, 2013 After taking the vr out of hibernation I noticed that the radiator fan was noisier than normal. A quick look at the Bentley manual shows that the front end needs to come off to replace it. My questions: 1) Is it most likely to be the fan or the motor? It's hard to tell without getting to it. 2) If just the motor then can it be done without taking the bumper, etc off? 3) Best place for a replacement fan or motor? Thanks. nrc 0 Posted February 2, 2013 You can unscrew the fan assembly and slide it out without removing the bumper or slam panel. If you're lucky the noise might be down to a bit of old loom tape flapping against the fan blades. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
