Clarke Car Covers

Recommended Posts

Anyone got one of these from Machine Mart?

I'm gonna mop / polish and give the corrado a good going over tomorrow....

Thought its time I got a cover, it will be kept in the garage but gets dusty and brushed up against...

Do I need a medium or large for the corrado?

Large: http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/cl-car-cover-lrg-pev

Medium: http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/cl-car-cover-med-pev

Cheers.

Pete

Measured the car today, 12.5ft (3.8M) ft roughly so looks the medium which caters for cars upto 4.6M.

I'll have see what other sizes they do when I pop up tomorrow.

Jesus I must have been tired, car is 4 metres long and the medium cover suits cars upto 4.3 metres so going up buy it now.

Keep an eye on the paintwork the first couple of weeks Pete. I've heard with the cheaper unvented covers, the soft inner fabric retaining moisture and damaging paintwork - alot like if you leave a bonnet bra on for too long. Obviously more of an issue at this time of year with so much moisture in the air.

Wouldn't know about bonnet bras as I detest them with a passion and should be burnt on sight.

If I do get any issues ill just hole punch some holes in, it's always kept in the garage so don't mind if its not fully water proof lol

I should really clean out the garage and get my radiators installed so its heated.
