Internal door handle surround.

Does the plastic surround on the internal door handle slide towards the front or towards the rear to remove. I've tried moderate force both ways with no success and don't want to break it.

Towards the rear mate. Apply light inward pressure whilst sliding it back too. :thumbleft:
