Is relay 167 same as relay 67 ? (Bentley states relay "67" for fuel pump)

Mine is 167 - troubleshooting the hot start problem I have so was just wondering - Any idea if Immobiliser might cause one to have to crank the car more when hot then when cold ? - or should that be fine if the cold start is fine ?.

 

(A bit "offtopic" but just thought I'd add it here :))
