P3rks 11 Posted June 23, 2013 Stanley blade, sharp blade screwdriver and patience. Oh.. And lots of swearing. Don't be temped to use your other hand for extra pressure on the outside of the arch. You may slip and stab yourself in your wrist like I did. 3 days in hostpital for that one. My wrist splurted blood like in comical horror films. :)
Jim Bowen 1 Posted June 23, 2013 I use a chisel and scrape it off. Once you have the technique. It comes off in big long strips. Then wire brush on a drill gets rid of any little leftovers.
seagei 10 Posted June 23, 2013 cheers guys. i used the methods you used but just couldnt get anything inside the arch to get enough push if you know what i mean. arch enemy wanted to charge 160 to do all 4 arches, i think thats a bargain if they were to get all the underseal out aswell. nightmare. thanks for the replys anyway back to the arches i go....
