Orkius 10 Posted August 1, 2013 Hi everyone i need some urgent advice. currently in the middle of a 20vt conversion. Got the engine in, bolted to the mounts and supported under it own weight. however it is sitting to high. not by much but i can see that the intake manifold would not clear the bonnet. has anyone had this experience? What's the fix? I have used all the mounts previously on the 2.0 engine so can't understand why its so much higher. I've read the 20vt sticky thread several times but can't see anything unless I've missed itWould rather not have to chop a hole in the bonnet...
