VR-Sixy 0 Posted March 22, 2014 (edited) Just won a drivers side door on eBay and i want to strip it down completely so i can get all the goodies off it. Is there anything out there that will cut the interior metal panel off so i have easy access to everything? I don't really want to fanny around for hours and hours trying to get the window mechanism and glass out, so i figure that cutting the interior panel off would give me easier access and make the job a lot less hassle. xtremevdub 10 Posted April 4, 2014 You can get some electric Shears like these or something similar and remove the sheet metal in seconds.. Or you can just drill out the rivets and use a 12v power supply to move the window up and down to make it easy for you to remove the bolts that hold the glass. Its really not that complicated.
