petemcr 10 Posted April 4, 2014 Hopefully someone might have some insight on this, I've had an auto spark remove the after market immobiliser that was fitted as it has never worked right and due to a none starting issue I wanted to at least rule it out as being a possible problem. So the spark has removed it and found the ignition wire that had been cut, it seemed a bit sketchy of an install given the wire they'd cut was a thick gauge piece of wire and spliced in a very small wire which I would have thought what have caused issues but it's all back connect as normal now and turns over without using the fob, so happy days. One thing is the guy wasn't sure about the single black wire that was left on the ignition connector block and I noticed the sunroof and spoiler wouldn't work until you used the immobiliser fob then it would all come on and the dash lights would come on, now although it turns over the sunroof doesn't work. Anyone know where the black wire goes to as I'd imagine it's that which is causing the issue.
