Dox 23 Posted May 4, 2014 Can anyone recommend a 4+ camera CCTV set up for home use or any advice in general? I'm thinking night vision cameras with 2 cameras to cover the front of the house / cars, 1 to cover the rear and another to cover the garden / or inside the living room to see what the dogs get up to when we're out.... davidwort 0 Posted May 5, 2014 If you want an indoor camera for spying on the pets I can recommend the foxcam IP cameras, mine was 60 quid and gives great day and night vision, motorised and accessible from iPhone/android app or web browser from anywhere, once configured it's wireless and just needs a power socket. buttles 0 Posted May 9, 2014 Swannview are a cheapish option. Better res costs more. Full HD is pricey
Dox 23 Posted May 11, 2014 I've been looking at this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CCTV-8-Channel-DVR-Full-D1-Recorder-8X-Outdoor-Indoor-Camera-Surveillance-System-/200991113242?pt=UK_CCTV&hash=item2ecc01001a It seems very reasonable for what it is. Thoughts? I'd be interested in what the dogs get up to when we are out, one will sleep all day, the other stresses a bit.
