Aircon Blower Motor Fan

Mines up the swanny and its a diavia so i cant get inside to change the thermo resistor so looking to replace....

 

needs to be right hand drive, work and aircon motor for a 94 VR6 Rado

you can get to the resistor panel by using an angled screwdriver. Takes a bit of patience. Once out you can remove the fuse (which will be labelled Lancia!) and replace it with a regular thermal fuse. And you don't really want to be changing the motor - that is an absolutely horrendous job. Ask me how I know!

the resistor is in the top section of the air handling unit, just under the dash. You'll see it has 4 wires coming out from it, yellow, yellow/white, white and brown. This is the bit you need to take out. I did a thread on it - cant remember if i incorporated into my build thread though - let me check.

 

Not meaning to be funny, but I assume you've applied 12v directly to the fan to see if it works?
