Yellow plug and socket behind passenger side headlight.

Recommended Posts

While stripping my Corrado down for painting yesterday, I discovered a yellow plug and a yellow socket behind the passenger side headlight. For whatever reason, they are unplugged. Does anyone know what they are for? My car has an uprated headlight wiring loom if that makes any difference.

One of them was connected to an electrical component on the inner wing.

Everything seems to be working on the car, so I'm reluctant to put them together. :D

The electrical component on the inner wing is most likely the dim dip resistor.

As you have stated you have an updated headlight loom and this is resistor is not used.
