j_s14a 0 Posted June 18, 2014 My VR6 is almost ready for collection from the bodyshop, and an issue has come up. Basically, the car starts up perfectly as always, but it only runs for a couple of seconds and then cuts out. I've tried starting with the accelerator pressed, and it does the same. Any ideas? j_s14a 0 Posted June 19, 2014 Problem solved :) I pulled out the fuel pump relay, and it started. I tried again, and it wouldn't start. I then refitted the relay, and it sprang to life, and has worked perfectly ever since. I'm guessing that the relay is just past its best.
