richman711 10 Posted July 21, 2014 Hi guys Been having a few problems recently with my g60. Basically I fitted a 68mm pulley when I had my charger rebuilt, after around a week I started noticing a belt noise so started investigating, this is where I might struggle to explain. Basically when looking down at the charger I can clearly see that the belt rides in to the inner edge of the idler pulley below, so clearly misaligned, when the engines off the belt seems to move over on the idler but still looks out of align. Ive now to removed the 6pk1640 belt that I fitted as the tensioner was at full compression what doesn't seem right? And fitted the old belt what has stopped the noise but it does look mis aligned still Just wondering if any ones had this before as its puzzled me a bit?
