robrado974 1 Posted September 3, 2014 I have been looking at the underside of the car and have noticed some small areas where the underseal has come away and rust has started to appear . What is the best paint to treat this before i apply the underseal again . Many thanks. Rob
Jim Bowen 1 Posted September 3, 2014 Have a look at the por15 stuff. Ideal for under the car. And then can brush or spray on some schutz. I still find it best to totally sand or grind off all the visible rust instead of just spraying something over it.

richman711 10 Posted September 4, 2014 Ive never used por15 but heard good things although prep seems to be a major thing Ive been using epoxy mastic 121 on my bug, it remains flexible so is ideal in a place like the underside there it might get hit by stones and the like Although mixing it up is a royal pain:(
