Alastair 0 Posted June 9, 2004 Anyone know if the square exhaust middle box on 1990 1.8 16v C - one back from the back box - is the same as a mk2 golf GTi. Supercharged 2 Posted June 9, 2004 The part number on ETKA is 535253409A so Is a Corrado specific part (about £100 from VW but maybe cheaper than that now as my ETKA prices are well out of date) Saying that they can probably bodge a GTi one to fit.... dr_mat 0 Posted June 9, 2004 They all *look* very similar, tbh. The VR6 one looks a lot like the 2.0 16V one, and vice versa. I know they're different part numbers, but it's probably all in the detailing. Alastair 0 Posted June 27, 2004 Very happy with the job Kwik fit did. Their first box only had one hanger, so they fitted that to get me mobile, and refitted the box with 2 hangers the next week, replaced the front box free of charge, and fitted the back box I bought from GSF.
