Stealer prices for Oil and filter

Hi folks,

Just thought I would let you guys know how much I was charged for 5 litres of Quantum Synta Gold and genuine VAG oil filter for my G60 - £33 inc VAT at my local VW delaership (Specialist Cars, Aberdeen), was this a good price or was I done?

Yeah, that sounds about right.

I usually pay abut £26 with my discount.(Ithink it's £18 for the oil & £8 for the filter)

Ive just paid £53 for VR6 from VW:

 

Oil Filter

Air Filter

6 NGK Spark Plug

Two cans of Synta Oil (10 litres)

Thats quite high - If you are a member of the CCGB you get a parts club discount which makes the Filter 4.20 and the Oil was £15 last time - so should be less than £20 for both!
