robrado974 1 Posted July 31, 2015 Evening all . I've just got my Mac book back from an apple repair shop . I've had the hard drive replaced and new virus software installed . They rang me to ask for the pass word , which I told them . When I got it back it opened up straight away . I had problems reconnecting to our router but got there eventually , ( I'm not that good with computers ) . I then let it close on it's own accord , when I was doing something else . I clicked it open and it asked for my pass word . I typed it in and it just judders from side to side and won't let me in . Any ideas ?
