Crack/Knock/Jerk when accelerate & full lock

So if im doing a 3 point turn or anything which requires full lock, I hear like a knocking / cracking sound.

 

Also when you start to move off and accelerate you'll hear it then also which concerns me more than when i hear it on full lock.

 

Anyone else experienced this ? Would it be something common like cv joints ?

Inner CVs make a cracking noise as they take up drive and outer CVs rumble/knock during cornering, so yep it sounds like those.
