Timbo 0 Posted October 10, 2015 What is a "normal" duty cycle for the ISV? Also, is it normal for it to basically remain the same (or only change very little) when not idling? Mine seems to sit at about 50% all the time, with not a lot of fluctuation. I ask because I've got the dreaded stalling when slowing down and stopping at a junction problem. britpop95 0 Posted October 11, 2015 Not sure about the duty cycle but its really easy to take off and clean just pull off the hose going to the throttle body unplug the electrical connection and be carful not to damage its little heat shield. Carburettor cleaner is probably best for cleaning it up with. I also used contact cleaner to clean the plug . Mine idles better after cleaning so good chance it will stop your cutting out problem.
