Re-Trimming VR6 Steering Wheel

Does anyone know of someone/company who can do this. Just had a quick Google and there's plenty out there but boy - do they know

how to charge. One company in Addlestone wan't GBP50.00/hour plus V.A.T. and quoted around 8 hours to get the job done. :crazyeyes:

 

So, 400 sovs plus the VAT sounds like a bit of a rip-off to me..... Has anyone done this themselves?

There used to be someone on German E Bay who did them on an exchange basis, might be worth a look?

I know a guy on another forum that does a lot of trimming, not used him yet but thinking of getting a spare wheel done.

Just bought mine on eBay posted for £120 newly retrimmed and mint.

 

It would have cost way more to get my existing wheel trimmed.
