I still have the scars to prove it. :) The seal started leaking during the summer and I've had some trouble finding the correct replacement. The first seal I ordered was the proper one for a Passat of this era. [ATTACH=CONFIG]82724[/ATTACH] Available here But when I pulled the original seal off the sunroof I discovered it had a completely different profile. [ATTACH=CONFIG]82725[/ATTACH] Which turns out to be part number 357 877 209 A from a MK3 Golf VR6. €70 from VW. The two seals are not interchangeable. [ATTACH=CONFIG]82726[/ATTACH] A costly mistake as the Passat seal was also €70. Now for sale if you need it. So before you go ordering a seal, pop the end of it off the roof and check the profile.
