Purple Tom 0 Posted November 28, 2015 (edited) Hi, Ive got a VR6 engine (2.9 ABV) in bits sat in a box that I've just had to move outside my workshop to make some room. It's currently covered over in its box but it's not a great cover so it needs collecting sooner rather than later to save it getting damaged by the weather. The block is there, along with crank, 6 pistons, cylinder head, timing chain covers and a few other bits and pieces. I've no idea of the condition of the block as it was left behind by Dave16V when he moved out of the workshop. It was going to be scrapped but I thought it might be useful to someone on here for spares. First come first served - it's free!! Thanks Tom Edited February 29, 2016 by Purple Tom

Brunty 10 Posted November 29, 2015 Oh, and I've found that the VR6 block & crank isn't a particularly easy one man lift out of the boot...
Purple Tom 0 Posted November 29, 2015 Ah yes, certainly puts manual handling skills to the test!!
